STENNER BAND RESAW TYPE ST105
ST105 Band Resaw with saw pulleys 1050 mm diameter running in an anti-clockwise direction viewed from the infeed, to carry a 130 mm wide sawblade.
Features:
· Pressure sawguide system with easily changeable guides requiring no setting or adjustment.
· Multi roller fence providing angle cutting facilities up to 45o.
· Electric feedgear with horizontal table rollers and vertical feed rollers running in synchronism at infinitely variable speeds 7.5 to 60 m/min.
· Pneumatically operated saw straining.
· Pneumatically operated pressure system to the radial arm.
· 30 kW electric motor drive comprising totally enclosed from cooled squirrel cage motor, automatic star delta, two vee pulleys, vee belts and belt guard.
Machine fitted with DC braking, interlocking of guards and other features to comply with the requirements of the CEN Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC.

Pressure Spray Lubrication System
Pressure spray lubrication system in lieu of manual drip feed system to deliver a mist spray to saw pulleys, both sides of cleaner pads, and above the top saw guides. System comprising reservoir tank, drip rate regulator and distributor network, spray nozzles and attachment brackets, line regulator, filter and 110/120 volts AC solenoid on/off valve. System requires the supply of clean, dry compressed air.
