SCM RECORD 100 NT: Compact Machining Centre for Processing Doors and Windows
A compact machine, offering all the technical solutions necessary to obtain high productivity, but also keeping maximum flexibility and quality.
Record 100 NT is designed for small and medium sized companies, which, with a reduced investment, can buy a versatile, practical, fast and high performance machine for the production of doors, windows, staircases, kitchen elements, generic furniture, etc.
The RECORD 100 NT with TVN bar worktable, the version to process panel doors, solid wood doors, standard and special windows. The machine can be fitted with two types of clamping and hold-down equipment - vacuum suction cups or pneumatic clamps. Both systems guarantee the safe and solid clamping of any type or shape of component.
The Record 100 NT is fitted with the latest routing head, equipped with a max. 13 kW routing unit, for heavy duty machining where high rates of stock removal are required and where a very high quality surface finish is necessary. The machine's high modularity allows the fitting of up to 2 auxiliary units:-
- Boring unit with 11 or 18 independent spindles, ON-OFF, for drilling of even solid wood
- An Independent Saw Blade unit for very thick component cutting-off, or a fixed or CNC controlled Universal K2 Head for hinge and lock recessing and hardware grooving.
All necessary tools, even with large diameters, and any special machining heads are stored in the Rapid 12 Tool Magazine, and the supplementary TR-K 8 Side Tool Magazine, where 8 additional tools with max. 270 mm diameter are located.
Machining heads can be orientated in any direction through 360° thanks to the Vector rotating (C) axis.
The TVN worktable is available also in the special version of H 110 of SCM.
The height of 110 mm offers the great advantage to use double profile tools reducing the number of tool changes. This exclusive SCM feature is a unique advantage for door and window manufacturers, which adopt Record 100 NT as their solution.
Furthermore, H 110 worktable allows:-
- The avoidance of tools crashing against the bars
- Reduces the problem of cut-off waste on the worktable
- Makes it easier for under-side component machining
Record 100 NT can be equipped with the new automatic TVN 'SET' worktable, the ideal system for automatic positioning of the bars for linear components such as doors, windows, staircases, beams, and columns. Extremely simple and easy to use, this system combines the flexibility of clamping devices manual positioning with automatic bar positioning handled by the CNC. The bars automatically position themselves in a few seconds to move to the new component length previously modified in the program.
Door and window manufacturers choosing the Record 100 NT will program their production thanks to "Routolink Serramenti", the SCM operator interface that allows the simple programming from the architectural light, for the machining of every door and window.
