Manual Trimming Machine for straight and shaped panels
MACHINE BASE:
steel monoblock base to ensure that the entire machine is
stable and rigid.
- anti-scratch phenolic multilayer work table with modular holes and complete
with adjustable and rotating supports (no. 20 standard supports) - (SCM Patent)
TRIMMER UNIT:
The trimmers are powered by two 0.55 kw motors.
The supporting carriages run on ground guides and have recirculating screw ball bushes.
The trimmer unit is supplied complete with:
* vertical anti-scratch copiers to ensure optimum machine operation on
straight and shaped panels. Simple and immediate positioning of tools with
reference to the cutting point, by means of pivoting rings with decimal
indication (SCM patent)
* front rotating copying device with hardened, ground and chromed contact
surfaces
* front adjustable copier, replacing the rotating one, to be used for the tilted
edges trimming
* device for moving the two motors apart vertically in order to facilitate the
insertion of curved panels
* horizontal and vertical adjustment of the upper motor to enable the
trimming of panels with chamfered edges and to enable adjustment to
match panel thickness.
* extractor hood to ensure a clean work table at all times
* 200 Hz inverter, complete with electronic brake. It is complete with 2
outlets under the worktable

62.11.01 End cutting unit w. high frequency motor power
(0.55 KW) to end cut the front and rear exceeding edge. The cutting cycle is activated by a pedal equipped with a safety system. It is complete with blade. Exhaust outlet 80mm.
62.10.99 Wheels fixed under the frame to allow machine movement. The wheels are complete with locking device to avoid machine movements during operation
