OMAS 426-1 Multi Profile Kitchen Cabinet Door Set - Complete with Trimmer & Bearing Guide
This is an well designed system uses disposable tungsten carbide tips to produce four different profiles, consistently & accurately without the need for resharpening.
The set consists of two tools, one profiles and the other rebates & grooves. The profile disc is supplied with four interchangeable profiles that are symmetrical about the mould. This allows the profile disc to be also used as the tenoning disc.
For a swept/curved head doors, the optional bearing ring 426E is available. This can be used to follow a purpose made jig to the required pattern. If required the profile disc 426B can be used to create a raised panel for the door.
This set is the perfect solution for making lightweight cabinet doors quickly and efficiently. Max timber thickness 22mm. D= 160mm.
