The F8 is a multiple spindle dovetailing machine with eight 25 mm, fixed-gauge spindles. The F8 is designed for speed and simplicity of use while providing high production levels. If you have high production needs with difficult materials of standard sizes, this is the machine for you. 80 to 100 boxes/hr production are commonly attained.
The machine is easy to adjust and has indicators that let the operator, even using the machine for the first time, quickly set up the machine for every change of production. The high speed of the spindles and the due care taken when inserting and blocking the pieces allows to work any type of wood or by-product, avoiding chipping or burrs during work. With its remarkable equipment, the machine can also produce small drawers (with 130 mm wide fronts)
and drawers with slightly curved and shaped fronts. This milling machine is aimed at companies who attach great importance to the quality of work and production costs.
