iTECH SL300 Multi Spindle Profile Sander & Denibber - Through Feed for 3 or 4 Side Sanding
The SL300 series profile sanders are designed to speed up production and uniformly finish sand and denib work pieces such as mouldings, skirtings, architraves, flooring, etc.
All spindles are adjustable for different products, sizes and abrasive wear. The top and side spindles can be angled for creating the optimum sanding finish. Full width pressure rollers are easily adjusted to hold the work pieces firmly on the powered conveyor and against the guide fence.
The SL300 can be supplied with either 5 or 7 spindles. The 5 spindle for 3 sides and the 7 spindle for 4 sides. Different abrasives, speed and pressures can be used for a wide variety of applications or materials.
Features : Constantly variable conveyor speed. Two top brushing heads with inverter drive variable speed. Two bottom brush sanding heads with inverter drive variable speed. Right side head can be tilted or moved in and out Left side brush head which can traverse in and out The main frame is fabricated from heavy steel plate and ribbed to minimize vibration and deflection. Abrasive heads are designed for easy replacement.
