The MD300 Auto linear spraying machine allows the automatic in line spraying of laquers on picture frames, skirting, architraves, pelmets, match board, window parts, furniture elements etc. up to 300 mm wide. The wide spraying booth contains either 4 or 6 Iwata guns that are automatically timed by photocells to minimise material usage and waste. A PLC control system, equipped with LCD display, checks all the machine functions and setup.
