The July 600 is an ideal low cost manual circular sawblade sharpening machine for sawblades with TCT tips where an outside saw service is not avaialble.
The machine will shapen teeth inside and outside without removing grinding wheel. It can also relieve teeth, and grind triple chip form.

Time for sharpening:
it depends from:
1. Whether the operator is skilled and trained, or the operator knows little about sharpening.
2. Concentration of same kind of circular saw sharpening: if you sharpen circular blades that are the same specification, you must consider just one time for setting of machine, while if you are sharpening blades of different sizes, each time you have to re-set machine.
3. Approximately we can say: 5 minutes for setting machine, 10 minutes to sharpen saw.
